We were founded in London in 2016 and continue to grow in our reach and ambitions. Sarah Campus is a highly experienced women's personal trainer, nutrition coach, wellness expert, mum of 3, and the founder of LDN MUMS FITNESS. She is a fitness and wellbeing panelist for Women’s Fitness magazine and can regularly be seen on TV and in other publications as a holistic health specialist. Sarah is a trusted expert commentator for the likes of Sky News, GB News, Women's Health, Marie Claire, BBC Radio London, The Telegraph, Harper's Bazaar, The Guardian and Baby magazine. Sarah supports thousands of women, in London and around the world, in their quest for a healthier, happier, holistic lifestyle.
Sarah has experienced first-hand the benefits of keeping fit and active during pregnancy and emphatically believes that with the correct support, women can feel energised and empowered throughout this life-changing and truly amazing journey. Now as a busy London mum, she has found that maintaining her health and fitness through HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and well-balanced nutrition, has enabled her to stay physically and mentally strong for all of life's new challenges. A serial entrepreneur (now 'mumpreneur'), Sarah has built two successful businesses from scratch since being a twenty-something year old university graduate.
As well as being a successful businesswoman, she is a Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, and has completed programmes in Exercise and Nutrition, Exercise Referral/GP Referral, Exercise Ante and Post Natal, Exercise for Older Adults, Bootcamps and Circuits, Advanced Fitness Testing, Indoor Group Cycling, and specialises in Ante and Post Natal, Weight Management, Core-Stability, Tough Mudder/Circuit Training and Abdominal work.
Sarah graduated from Nottingham University Business School and worked for several years in Marketing in central London, before breaking free from the corporate world and starting her own venture. She subsequently met her husband who shares her passion for health and fitness, and has an academic background in sports science - a match made in heaven! And the rest, as they say, is history!
